Refund policy
100 Night Trial
We offer a 100 night trial for all of our products. If you would like to return a product, send us an email at returns@silkandbird.com, and we will arrange a return for you. You will receive a full refund once we have received the returned product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please attach a receipt or proof of purchase when emailing returns@silkandbird.com.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Replacements (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, send us an email at returns@mysilvi.com with proof of damage or defect (such as a photo). We do not offer colour exchanges once the item has shipped.
Shipping
To return your product, send us an email at returns@silkandbird.com.
You will not be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if it is defective or damaged.

If you wish to return an item which is not defective or damaged, a $10 flat rate shipping fee will apply.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is processed.
